ONLINE hypnobirthing classes
With Jane Wallington, one of the very first Wise Hippo Birthing Programme Instructors & former Gold Seal Mongan Method Practitioner - where Hypnobirthing all began!
What is Hypnobirthing?
Hypnobirthing is a fantastic childbirth education choice that teaches you how to cope with labour through the use of breathing, relaxation and self-hypnosis methods. The tools and techniques that you will learn combat fear and pain, replacing them with calm and confidence.
Why choose Breeze Birthing? You will receive so more than this. Jane will take you through a comprehensive Hypnobirthing Antenatal course that will also include areas such as birth planning, positions and the birth partner’s role. As a highly-experienced Hypnobirthing Teacher & Birth Doula, Jane will also be able to give you up-to-date information on maternity care and the local hospitals, as well as providing the right support for you.
You only have to read the feedback from the Breeze Birthing families to discover the difference Breeze Birthing makes. In fact, Jane has taught Hypnobirthing to many medical professionals, including; doctors, midwives and paramedics - because they too see the difference in the mothers and their babies.
Ultimately, everyone benefits with Hypnobirthing - you, your birth partner and your baby. It really will make a huge difference to you during pregnancy, birth & beyond!
